How to: Select template for new document.
Solution:
Select the 'File' menu and select 'New...', then select a template from the list box.
1) Select the 'File' menu and select 'New...'. (The New dialog box appears.)
2) Select a template from the 'Template' list box.
3) Click 'OK'.
